How to fix error of initialization

I configured my project web to subdir upload, and installed zf2(version > 2.5) and it’s under the folder: vendor and vendor is under upload folder which has an index file in it’s public folder with composer.phar:

After I installed the newer zf (2.*), it’s not able to find path and class from website, only first page is shownhere is the error:

How to initialize https://github.com/nginadofficial/nginad/tree/master/upload/module/DashboardManager with newer zendframework? 

What might be wrong, any hint? any fix will be appreciated.
