How to use apigility without generating files within admin panel? I want to know what files and where should I create to use REST or RPC API. Where can I find such documentation? I am reading apigility documentation but it seems it shows only how to use apigility only with admin panel.

I would suggest that you create a couple of API services through the admin ui (REST and RPC) then see how the it sets those services up. From there you can I think understand how to set things up manually.
