Tp-Minify ported to Laminas

Hey everyone,

i recently ported Tp-Minify to Laminas. I also updated it to use mrclay/minify v. 3.0.10. This package
is used to minify groups of JS / CSS files or can also be used to minify single files.

Is it me or it seems you forgot to add it to packagist.org ?!?

Ohhh i dont know, how i could miss that -.-
Fixed… its added to packagist now!
