Xmlrpc not enabled

Perhaps this is a noob question:

Installed with composer, and added extension=xmlrpc to php.ini, but still it’s not showing in phpinfo. What am I missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Note: standard LAMP server with php 8

The Composer configuration does not specify that the PHP extension xmlrpc is required:
