Unable to migrate zend framwork to other server

I have a running project of zend framework. I wanna move to those project to another server, I have copy all those file and pest into htdocs folder inside of xampp server. doing so getting error, please let me know step by step procedure please.

ZendFramework 1.x is discontinued and no longer supported.

For your specific issue, I suggest hiring a developer that can look at it in depth, since it looks like a misconfiguration issue specific to your particular project, and not the tool itself.
