Only partially for the components they’re still using. The biggest part is Zend_Db on which their persistence layer is built. It’s more patching compatibility to keep this monster alive somehow.
Old thread, but if anybody comes here from google needing this, like me,
maybe this ZF1 fork effort might help (for PHP 7.3 compatibility).
